Cancellation and withdrawal
A manuscript may be withdrawn before acceptance under the journal editorial withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal is distinct from cancellation of a publishing service already delivered.
APC refunds
There is no manuscript submission fee. APC payment is requested only after editorial acceptance. Refunds may be considered for duplicate payment, verified processing error or where the publisher cannot provide the paid service.
Requests
Provide the manuscript ID, invoice number, transaction reference, payer name, date, amount, reason and supporting evidence through Contact & Grievance Support.
